Hayden Ploeger
Hayden Ploeger is a Lake Stevens native who grew up rowing with the Lake Stevens Rowing Club and named the company after his favorite part of the lake—North Cove. With a strong connection to the community and a passion for quality craftsmanship, Hayden leads a dedicated crew of four who specialize in high-quality bathrooms, kitchens, and decks. Based in Lake Stevens, the company proudly serves the local area with integrity and attention to detail. North Cove Construction is also committed to giving back—regularly donating to local youth baseball and hockey teams, community events, and offering services to families in need. At North Cove, we build with purpose, pride, and a deep commitment to our hometown.
